Catch-Up Premium

In the Summer of 2020, the Government announced £1 Billion of funding to support children and young people to catch up on time lost during the pandemic. This is especially important for the most vunerable and disadvantaged backgrounds. 

This included a one-off universal £360 Million Catch-up Premium Funding, to ensure schools have the support they need to help all pupils THRIVE.

At Swanwick Primary School we have had lengthy discussions around the areas that we feel our children need support in. We have a Catch-Up plan that we have renamed Our Boost Plan.
